How much does it cost to register on Buy2Bee?

Registration on buy2bee.eu is totally free.
What you pay for are dropshipping and catalog integration services. Find out more by visiting the appropriate section.

What is the minimum order value?

For users who wish to have a wholesale account, the minimum value of each order will be €300.
For users who wish to have a dropshipping account, there is no minimum order, but a subscription will be required. Find out more in the appropriate section.

Are the products authentic?

Yes.

We undertake to verify the authenticity of each product upon purchase, in order to guarantee the sale of 100% original products to our customers.

What payment methods do you accept?

Buy2Bee accepts cards, PayPal, and wire transfer.

What are the shipping services?

Shipping and delivery costs are related to the weight of the package of each order and vary according to the place of destination.
Large orders will be custom priced based on weight.
Tracking numbers will be provided both through the portal and by email when sending the invoice.

How does the Dropshipping model work?

On this page you can choose the personalized package that best suits your needs. By purchasing a plug-in, the products available on the Buy2Bee platform will be synchronized with your eCommerce site.

How does the billing system work?

For both wholesale and dropshipping accounts, the invoice will be issued with each order and sent via email to the customer.
In the same way, all the information and documents (e.g. credit notes) relating to the order will be provided.

How can I make a return request?

Buy2Bee does not accept returns.
Whether you have a wholesale account or a dropshipping account, returning items is not permitted.
 
Exceptions are orders that have been subjected to errors by our logistics (e.g. ordering a sweater and receiving a pair of shoes, missing items, items of the wrong colour).
In this case, it will be possible to request the return within 7 days of receiving the items through our contact section, by sending a ticket or an email to info@buy2bee.eu

How is the refund processed?

You are entitled to a refund if the requested items are out of stock or if an item is returned without the will (or the possibility) to exchange it.


The communication of the return or refund request by the customer must be sent to info@buy2bee.eu no later than 7 days from receipt of the goods.


The refund will be issued within 3 working days of receiving the request on the same payment method used to place the order.
